Payments Accepted
If you pay by credit card, your information will be processed via PayPal using their own secure server. Please be aware that cheque and bank
transfers through PayPal usually take 3-4 days to clear and we cannot ship an item until payment has been processed.
UK Delivery
Delivery is made through Royal Mail and standard shipping is by first or second class post, although a Recorded Delivery service is available as
an option at additional cost.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your shopping basket. These charges are fixed depending upon the weight of your order and your
location.
International Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally. Prices upon checkout will be in the currency you select. Your order will be shipped in the most economical
way allowed by the Royal Mail.
If you are not happy with the calculated delivery charge, please feel free to contact me.
Due to the differing postal and customs regulations in every country, I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the UK.
Of course, shipping costs do not apply to digital downloads as they are sent by email link.
Returns Policy
Vintage Bunty will strive very hard to give you the best possible descriptions and photographs of products. We also want you to be 100% satisfied
with your purchases and will strive to be friendly and fair regarding returns, which will be considered on their individual merits. Should you
receive an item from Vintage Bunty with which you are unhappy for whatever reason, please e-mail me through the shop Contact Us link. If it
has been decided you need to return the item please follow the guidelines below:
* Vintage Bunty must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item you wish to return. After 7 days items are rendered non-returnable.
* All returns must be authorised. Just send an e-mail through the shop Contact Us page. Unauthorised returns will be refused and sent back to you
at your shipping cost.
* Returned items must be returned in their original unused condition.
* Returns will be be paid for by the purchaser unless goods are faulty or not as described in which case we will refund the return postage.
* Original artwork is only returnable if it was received damaged and you must keep the original packaging it arrived in.
* Digital downloads are non-returnable.
